Terms & Conditions

For Tutors Registering With Us:

1. No registration fee will be charged at the time of registration.
2. Every tutor will be charged 50% of his/her first month’s tuition fee only, and 30% after one year (if the tuition continues), for each tuition referred by Home Tutor In Karachi. (The first month’s fee will be collected by the academy directly.)
3. For short-term tuition (i.e. one month), the academy will charge 30% on a lump-sum basis. If the tuition continues, or the parents contact the tutor directly after some days or months, the tutor must inform the academy and pay the remaining share honestly.
4. 60% will be charged on school jobs/industrial jobs, and 30% in the next year (if the job continues).
5. The tuition fee will be decided with the mutual consent of the parents and the tutor, considering the days per week and timing, and with the consent of the student. It depends entirely on the home tutor’s potential and willingness.
6. We expect the teacher/tutor not to provide any misleading information or documents to Home Tutor In Karachi.
7. Tutors are not allowed to refer or replace another tutor/teacher at the time of expiry of the tuition or when leaving the tuition for any reason. The tutor must inform the academy.
8. The tutor will bear a 5% late charge if he/she delays the payment.
9. If the salary or number of students increases by any means, the tutor must honestly pay half of the increased amount, for the first month of the increment only.
10. If the tuition is paused for any reason and the parents/client later contact the tutor directly after some time or months, the tutor must inform the academy and pay the academy’s share honestly.
11. Female tutors should take adequate care and make an informed decision before taking up a tuition, to avoid any kind of unfortunate event in the future.
12. The tutor is solely responsible for his/her own misconduct.
13. Home Tutor In Karachi will not be responsible for any mishap occurring between the tutor and the client during the tuition tenure.
14. A tutor who joins Home Tutor In Karachi must not engage in any such business on his/her own on a commission basis.
15. Home Tutor In Karachi will monitor each tutor strictly and filter out those who are not responsible or credible. Any tutor against whom we receive numerous complaints will have their registration cancelled.
16. Home Tutor In Karachi reserves the right to terminate any tuition if payment is not received within one week of the advance fee payment from the parents. Legal action will be taken against any tutor who breaches these terms and conditions, attempts to deceive the agency, or fails to make payment.

18. All content on this website, including the logo, text, and design, is the property of Home Tutor In Karachi and may not be copied or reused without permission. Any information you provide will be used only to arrange and manage tuition, and will be handled with reasonable care for your privacy.
19. Home Tutor In Karachi reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any changes means you accept the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi.
